Property Search


  • The home that came on the market was priced at a dollar amount that my granddaughter could afford. We became aware of the house the night before the offer had to be submitted. Derek took the time to let us examine the house and make an offer that ended up being successful.

    As a result, the next day we were told that our offer had been accepted. It is important to note that had Derek not acted so efficiently and quickly, the bid on the house would have gone to the next bidder and we would not have been successful.

    During the entire process, Derek protected our interests and assisted us in making arrangements with house inspectors, banking/mortgage arrangements, lawyer transfer of ownership requirements and the contacts with potential repair and maintenance needs from professional trades personnel.

    All in all, what seemed like a long process, went very smoothly and my granddaughter is now the proud owner of a home for her children.
