Derek McRitchie is the 4th Generation in the Family Business which was established by the late Frank McRitchie in 1910.  Derek has served as the president of the Moose Jaw Real Estate Board, awarded Best Realtor by The Times Herald 3 years in a row and was chosen for the top 40 under 40 by Discover Moose Jaw.  Specializing in Commercial, Multi-Family & Residential Real Estate and General Insurance fields from Commercial to Residential.  Derek is also a Notary Public, has his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation in insurance as well as marketing and administration diploma’s.  Derek has always tried to keep the 110+ year old family brokerage ahead of the curve with technology that helps make life easy for his clients. 

Derek is a proud supporter of so many Moose Jaw and Saskatchewan organizations including but definitely not limited to Moose Jaw Warriors, Wakamow Valley Authority, South Sask Selects, Saskatchewan Roughriders, Moose Jaw 4H and has a soft spot for many children’s sports teams and groups as he has 3 little boys of his own.  Derek and his Wife Ashley love spending time at Buffalo Pound Lake or the Family Farm with the boys to enjoy riding quads or boating and having camp fires.  They also spend a lot of time playing hockey which comes with being a Canadian.
