We provide the services of a Notary Public in our office for a reasonable fee. The base charge is $10, but is subject to change depending on the amount of copies that need to be signed. Here are some of the Notary Public services we offer:

  • Witnessing signatures on various types of documents
  • Certified copies/Notarized copies/Notarial certificates
  • Guardianship permission slip – consent for children travelling abroad
  • Consent of non-owning spouse (The Homestead Act)
  • Taking Oaths
